Abstract

Visera quitasol perfeccionada para vehículos automóviles, que siendo del tipo de las que adoptan una configuración aproximadamente rectangular de escaso grosor, obtenida a base de inyección de espuma de poliuretano con elementos internos de rigidización, y contando con medios de montaje, giro y basculamiento del conjunto para posicionar a éste en reposo o en posición de uso, y contando además con medios, de fijación o enganche para posicionar establemente a dicho conjunto o visera, se caracteriza porque los elementos internos de rigidación están constituidos por una placa de fibra de madera, material plástico o material similar, cuyo contorno se corresponde aproximadamente con el contorno que adoptará definitivamente la visera, contando tal placa con una amplia escotadura en proximidad a uno de sus extremos, sobre la que va montado un travesaño, constituyendo el elemento de enganche para la posición estable del conjunto, mientras que en una zona opuesta de tal placa van fijados los medios de montaje, giro y basculación citados; habiéndose previsto que dicha placa de fibra de madera esté preferente y ventajosamente afectada de una pluralidad de orificios pasantes para el paso de un lado a otro de la espuma de poliuretano inyectada sobre dicha placa.
