Abstract

Un andamio suspendible de antepechos o pretiles, esencialmente caracterizado por el hecho de estar constituido por una armazón, generalmente metálica, provista de tres barandillas por lo menos, una plataforma inferior y dos apéndices de suspensión de la cara superior del antepecho o pretil, por los cuales puedan deslizarse para situarlas en la posición más adecuada dos piezas de retención del andamio capaces de apoyarse en la pared del antepecho opuesta a la de fachada en la cual se apoya anteriormente dicha armazón preferiblemente por medio de suplementos de posición asimismo graduable, situados, con preferencia hacia la parte baja de la misma, que permiten evitar o suavizar el apoyo del andamio sobre elementos arquitectónicos que podrían ser deteriorados por la presión ejercida por el mismo sobre ellos.
