Abstract

Un cuerpo con válvula para moto-compresores para fluidos refrigerantes, del tipo constituido por una fundición metálica que incluye una pared que relaciona una cámara de compresión para el fluido y tiene una lumbrera de descarga de fluido controlada por una válvula de descarga automática, caracterizado porque la pared (22) comprende esencialmente: - un inserto en forma de copa (58) de acero sinterizado, alojado en el asiento (50) y que comprende un faldón periférico (60) y una pared extrema (64) situada en el lateral más próximo a la cámara de compresión (30), con una abertura central (66) que constituye la lumbrera de descarga y con un nervio de sellado anular (68) que circunda la abertura de la lumbrera (66) dentro de la copa, - una cubrición (82) aplicada y fijada al inserto en forma de copa (58) sobre la cara externa de la pared (22) y que tiene aberturas de salida (88, 90) para el fluido de la cavidad del inserto, - un obturador de disco (74) alojado y guiado dentro del inserto (58)de modo que deje un paso para el fluido entre la periferia del propio obturador y el faldón periférico (60) del inserto, y cooperando con el nervio se llanta (68), y - un resorte de disco (76) interpuesto entre el obturador (74) y la cubrición (82) para empujar el obturador contra el nervio anular (68).
