Claims (10)

1. Wipe warmer (100) for storing and dispensing a plurality of wipes, the wipe warmer (100) comprising: a housing (102) provided with at least one side wall (106), a base and an interior compartment, wherein the interior compartment (108) is configured to house the plurality of wipes (180); a first cover (110) pivotally attached to the housing (102); a dispensing opening (121) disposed below the first lid (110), the dispensing opening (121) being configured to allow passage of a wipe therethrough; a second lid (120) sealed to the interior compartment (108), the dispensing opening (121) being disposed over the second lid (120); a reservoir (130) arranged within the housing (102) configured to accommodate a quantity of liquid, and wherein the reservoir (130) is arranged in at least one of a) said at least one side wall (106), and b) said housing base (102); and a heater (132) coupled to the housing (102), characterized by the dispensing opening (121) only allows the passage of one wipe at a time; the inner compartment (108) is sufficiently sealed during dispensing of a wipe, so that moisture cannot escape from the inner compartment (108) other than through the dispensing opening (121); and a vent (137) is provided on the housing (102) and configured to allow ventilation of humid air from the tank (130) to the interior compartment (108). 2. Wipe warmer (100) according to claim 1, further comprising a moisture absorbing material disposed on an underside of the first lid (110), directly above the dispensing opening (121) when the first lid (110) is closed. 3. Wipe warmer (100) according to claim 1, further comprising a moisture retention chamber under the first lid (110) and is configured to hermetically seal the dispensing opening (121) when the first lid (110) 110) is closed. 4. Wipe warmer (100) according to claim 1, further comprising a moisture absorbing material or a seal disposed at the base of the first lid (110) to prevent said moisture from escaping into the environment. 5. Wipe warmer (100) according to claim 1, further comprising a flexible bag inside the reservoir (130) configured to house said liquid. 6. Wipe warmer (100) according to claim 1, further comprising a viewing window disposed on the outside of the housing (102) configured to allow a user to visually inspect the level of said liquid, and at least one mobile element arranged in the tank (130) and visible through the viewing window. 7. Wipe heater (100) according to claim 1, further comprising a heat-insulating material arranged at the base of the housing (102) and configured to minimize the passage of heat in a downward direction. 8. Wipe warmer (100) according to claim 1, further comprising a seal (125) disposed between the first lid (110) and the second lid (120) to prevent the escape of said hot water vapor through of the dispensing opening (121) when the first lid (110) is closed. 9. Wipe warmer (100) according to claim 8, further comprising a condensation diversion wall arranged in a lower portion of the first lid (110) to capture or collect condensation of said hot water vapor, being said condensation deflection wall at a vertical or inwardly converging angle. 10. Wipe warmer (100) according to claim 9, further comprising a light source coupled to the housing (102), so that, in a dark environment, the water level within the water tank (130 ) is illuminated and is visible through the viewing window, the viewing window being arranged on the housing (102).
