Abstract

1. Condensador de superficies refrigerado por aire, cuyos elementos condensadores presentan tubos intercambiadores de calor que están equipados con aletas transversales y que poseen una sección transversal redondeada en los extremos y alargada en dirección de flujo del aire de refrigeración, siendo la extensión longitudinal de dicha sección transversal varias veces mayor que la máxima extensión de su anchura y estando dispuestos dichos tubos intercambiadores de calor solamente en una fija de tubos que se extiende transversalmente a la dirección de flujo del aire de refrigeración, caracterizado porque los tubos intercambiadores de calor dotados de aletas presentan una sección transversal que se modifica constantemente en la dirección de flujo del aire de refrigeración, pero que es simétrica a ambos lados con respecto a los planos medios longitudinales, siendo la anchura de la sección transversal en el tramo de tubo delantero vuelto hacia el aire e refrigeración afluyente menor quela anchurade la sección transversal en el tramo de tubo trasero. 2. Condensador según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la sección transversal de los tubos intercambiables de calor está configurada en forma de cuña 3. Condensador según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque las paredes laterales de los tubos intercambiadores de calor son rectas en toda su longitud entre los tramos del tubo extremos o bien están ligeramente abombadas hacia afura. 4. Condensador según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque los tubos intercambiadores de calor presentan al menos dos regiones de secciòn transversal dispuestas unas tras otras a cierta distancia en la dirección del flujo del aire de refrigeración y estrechadas en forma cóncava con respecto a sus planos medios longitudinales, estando estas regiones unidas entre sí por medio de una región de sección transversal abombada de forma convexa hacia fuera en ambos lados. 5. Condensador según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizadoporque la relación entre el tamaño de la superficie de cada tubo intercambiador de calor tocada por el aire y la anchura de sección transversal en el tramo de tubo delantero es de aproximadamente 80:1 a 160:1. 6. Condensador según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque la sección transversal solicitada por el vapor en los tubos intercambiadores de calor presenta una relación de longitud a anchura de un promedio de 8:1 a 16:1. 7. Condensador según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizado porque las aletas están desplazadas con respecto a los tubos intercambiadores de calor del manera en la dirección de flujo del aire de refrigeración que las longitudes de aletas sobresalientes detrás de los tramos de tubo traseros son aproximadamente dos a tres veces mayores que las longitudes de aleta situadas delante de los tramos de tubo delanteros. 8. Condensador según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, caracterizado porque aproximadamente en los planos transversales de los tubosintercambiadores de calor están previstos unos tabiques que se extienden continuamente por toda la longitud de dichos tubos y que tienen orificios dipuestos en la región de una pared lateral. 9. Condensador según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 8, caracterizado porque los tubos intercambiadores de calor, eventualmente incluidos los tabiques, son de una sola pieza de chapa plegada. 10. Condensador de superficie refrigerado por aire.
