Abstract
El objetivo de la presente invención es permitir la realización de pruebas de neumáticos en banco bajo diversas condiciones de superficie de carretera, sin necesidad de mover dicha superficie durante la prueba, mediante el desplazamiento de un carro que contiene el neumático de prueba a lo largo de la misma. Un dispositivo de prueba de neumáticos, según una realización de la presente invención, consta de: una superficie de carretera; un carro que sujeta de forma giratoria un neumático de prueba, el cual puede desplazarse a lo largo de la superficie de carretera con el neumático apoyado sobre ella; y un mecanismo de guía que dirige el movimiento del carro en la dirección de desplazamiento. El mecanismo de guía está provisto de un riel que se extiende en la dirección de desplazamiento del carro y un patín fijado al carro que se desplaza a lo largo del riel. El patín está provisto de un rodillo capaz de rodar a lo largo del riel y un cojinete que soporta el rodillo de forma giratoria, donde el cojinete es un cojinete de rodamiento provisto de elementos rodantes que ruedan en una órbita circular.
