Abstract
Bloque de talco comprimido, que consiste esencialmente en una masa compacta de polvos de talco finísimamente dividido a los que pueden agregarse los acostumbrados porcentajes de otros productos tal como ácido bórico y sustancias aromatizantes, obtenido mediante fuerte compresión de la misma en moldes apropiados a la forma del bloque a obtener, previa adición de un aglutinante destinado a mantener la cohesión de las partículas de talco entre sí, sin impedir, no obstante, su desprendimiento por una ligera presión del bloque sobre el cutis o superficie a tratar, en la que aquellas partículas quedan adheridas formando una capa regular y uniforme, sin necesidad de ulteriores masajes o fricciones.
