Un nuevo cedazo, que esencialmente se caracteriza por estar constituido por una tela metálica que, convenientemente doblada por su borde, constituye el fondo de un aro obtenido de una placa curvada, altamente comprimida, de un aglomerado de virutas, serrín o desperdicios de madera y de fibras vegetales, cual tela metálica, por su parte doblada, se encuentra fijada sobre la superficie exterior cilíndrica de la parte baja del aro, mediante un anillo del mismo material que el aro, que por su superficie cilíndrica interior se aplica contra la parte doblada de la tela metálica, quedando, por consiguiente la citada tela metálica, por su parte doblada, aprisionada entre el aro y anillo.
