Abstract

Electro-photographic toners comprise a colourant and a resin composition which is a homogeneous blend or a graft block copolymer of at least two incompatible resins, a first one of which has a glass transition temperature (Tg) greater than 20 C. and a second one of which has a Tg of at least 5 C . lower than said first resin. The colourant may be mixed with the composition in a rubber mill, and the product milled and either jet pulverized or, if the product is dispersed in water, spraydried. Comparative examples using only one of the above resins or a random copolymer are given.
