Abstract

In an anchorage assembly, for use in prestressed concrete structures, anchorage member 1 and interfitting former 2 are supported on the shuttering 4 by means of a flexible spigot 3 which extends through the former via the shuttering and engages the anchorage member by a bayonet fit the assembly being held in position by unit 26 and the arrangement being such that removal of the shuttering effects the simultaneous removal of the spigot and former. Cables 7 are stressed in the normal manner, after removal of the shuttering.
