Abstract

A molten glass feeder device having a plurality of bottom exit holes, from which separate molding charges are discharged simultaneously, to deliver by gravity to a plurality of multiple cavity molds, of a forming machine, which comprises, in combination, inclined, fixed channels, extending downwards from points close to the feeder to positions immediately above the molding cavities, to guide molding loads to the latter, corresponding said channels arranged in play, each one, in number, to the number of cavities of a mold, a plurality of deflector spoons of the molding charge, interposed between the upper ends of the channels and the exit orifices, there being a spoon for each orifice, each of said spoons positioned with an upper end receiving mold coaxially with, and at all times underneath e, one of the holes, and means for oscillating the spoons in unison around said axes, in a staggered manner, to make them coincide, thereby, in a predetermined order with the channel sets.
