Abstract

In an instantaneous gas water heater as described in Parent Specification with respect to Fig. 2 thereof the lever (33) of the water actuator for the gas control valve also controls a switch, which bypasses a resistor in series with the motor of an exhaust gas blower when the gas flow is throttled so as to reduce the speed of the blower.
