Abstract

Un método de preparación de un material laminado permeable al aire, caracterizado por las etapas de: a) formar un conjunto de dos capas de un material fibroso no tejido con una película termoplástica entre las dos, siendo dichas capas fibrosas capaces de soportar la exposición a una temperatura de reblandecimiento de la película termoplástica sin sufrir desperfectos sustanciales, b) aplastar dicho conjunto entre una superficie hecha de un material comprimible y una superficie modelo con una multiplicidad de zonas en relieve discontinuas que están situadas a corta distancia unas a otras que entran a presión en la capa fibrosa en contacto directo con la misma, c) y mientras se está aplicando dicha presión, calentar dicho conjunto a una temperatura y durante un tiempo suficiente para reblandecer al menos las porciones de la película termoplástica más próximas a las zonas en relieve de la superficie modelo de presión y para formar una multiplicidad de perforaciones a muy corta distancia unas aotras.
