Abstract
Procedure for the production of highly pure kallikrein, characterized in that it comprises subjecting the precipitate obtained from organs to an elution, by precipitation with a metallic salt; release the salt eluate; chromatograph it on appropriate basically substituted macroporous ion exchangers; then treat it with appropriate acidic substituted ion exchangers; and eventually crystallize the pure kallikrein from the solution thus obtained by adding an appropriate precipitating agent.
