Abstract

Un dispositivo fotosensible , caracterizado porque incluye una capa aislante fotoconductiva, comprendiendo dicha capa una porción principal, en peso, de una aleación fotoconductiva vítrea de selenio mezclada con una porción menor, en peso, de una resina eléctricamente aislante , teniendo la misma la forma de una matriz de la aleación de selenio vítreo , incluyendo partículas aisladas y zonas de la resina eléctricamente aislante.
