Abstract
Procedure for preparing nylon-type linear polyamides, characterized in that it consists of polycondensing a diamine that has the general formula: **(See formula)** wherein R1 and R2 are, independently of one another, an alcoholic radical having 0 to 6 carbon atoms, attached to the ring either directly or via an oxygen, nitrogen or sulfur atom, the rings optionally containing further, in their nuclei, one or more oxygen heteroatoms, with one or more dicarhoxylic acids that have the general formula: HOOC - R3 - COOH (IV) wherein R3 is a simple or substituted alcoholic radical, having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a cycloaliphatic, aryl or alcoholarynaryl radical.
