Abstract
Procedure for obtaining solid dispersions, characterized in that it comprises mixing a solid with an organic liquid containing dissolved in it, a dispersing agent of formula Y.CO.ZR where Z is a divalent linking group that is attached to the carbonyl group through an oxygen or nitrogen atom, R is a primary, secondary or tertiary amino group or a salt thereof with an acid, or a quaternary ammonium salt group Y is the residue of a polyester chain which together with the group -CO- is derived from a hydroxycarboxylic acid of the formula HO-X-COOH where X is a divalent aliphatic, saturated or unsaturated radical containing at least 8 carbon atoms and where there are at least 4 carbon atoms between hydroxy and carboxylic acid groups, or a mixture of said hydroxycarboxylic acid and a carboxylic acid that is free of hydroxy groups and subjecting the resulting mixture to mechanical treatment to reduce the starting size delsolid to less than 25 microns.
