Abstract

Método de fabricación de papel u otro material fibroso no tejido, cuyo método incluye las operaciones de producir, en un aparato formador de espuma, un medio líquido espumado que comprende un gas disperso en forma de burbujas muy pequeñas en un líquido que contiene un agente de acción superficial, dispersar fibras en el medio líquido espumado, depositar la dispersión de fibras y medio líquido espumado sobre un soporte perforado y efectuar el drenaje del líquido de las dispersión a través del soporte, para formar una lámina de material fibroso sobre tal soporte, caracterizado por las operaciones de predeterminar el porcentaje en volumen de gas a contener en la dispersión de fibras y medio líquido espumado, supervisar la dispersión para determinar el porcentaje en volumen de gas en la dispersión durante su flujo hacia la posición de depósito sobre el soporte perforado y controlar el funcionamiento del aparato productor de espuma para regular el porcentaje en volumen de gas en el medio líquidoespumado que se produce en aquel con dependencia de los resultados obtenidos por la supervisión.
