Abstract
Improvements introduced in the object of the main patent number 396,722, filed on november 5, 1971, by: perfection in apparatuses for the coloring of synthetic textiles, whose apparatuses are suitable for the intermittent coloring of thick synthetic textiles by means of a printing process by vacuum transfer; characterized in that each device is provided with two rigid plates, upper or lower, mounted to achieve a relative movement between the two; means for heating at least one of the platens to a temperature above 100º c; sealing means for defining or enclosing an air-tight region between opposite portions of the surface of the plates when the latter are closed; means for evacuating said portion at a pressure not exceeding 100 mm of mercury; and means for maintaining a predetermined distance between the two plates when the latter are in the closed position.
