Abstract
Process for the preparation of paper manufactured with electroluminescent material and conductive network, characterized by comprising the following successive operations: A) forming a fiber layer obtained, preferably by pouring, on a film-forming apparatus or on a filter diaphragm, an aqueous suspension or pulp of cellulose fibers, or a fiber combination, consisting partly of cellulosic fibers, optionally with a binder soluble or dispersible in water, preferably in an amount of less than 10% by weight of the fibers, B) deposition on said layer of a network of electrically conductive material C) forming on said network a fibrous layer by pouring or depositing thereon, optionally still operating on a film-forming apparatus, an aqueous suspension or pulp of cellulosic fibers, or a fiber combination partially formed by cellulosic fibers, containing a material electroluminescent in an amount comprised between 30% and 80% by weight on the fibers contained in the suspension or paste and, optionally, also a binder soluble or dispersible in water, preferably in an amount of less than 10% by weight of said fibers; D) drying the product thus obtained and optionally hot calendering, the operations of which can optionally be carried out continuously or discontinuously.
