Abstract
Industrial aqueous effluent treatment apparatus, comprising a bed of metallic treatment particles, the metals of which are part of a class of metals comprising iron, aluminum and zinc, said bed being used to remove industrial aqueous effluents from metals that they are part of the group that includes copper, cadmium, palladium, lead and tin, existing in ionic form in said effluents, precipitating them in a metallic way on the metallic particles of the bed, characterized in that said bed also includes sand mixed with the metal particles, gas being blown through said bed to displace the effluent that bathes said bed and the mixed sand in order to produce an abrasive action between the sand and the surface of the metal particles of the bed to separate the metals from them precipitates.
