Un dispositivo de adorno y propaganda para ruedas de automóviles, camiones y vehículos análogos, esencialmente constituido por un pivote roscado sujeto al tapacubos de la rueda y cuyo extremo libre lleva un cojinete de bolas cuja envolvente extrema queda encasquillada en el interior de un casquillo cilíndrico, a cuya base se sujeta el adorno o motivo decorativo que se desea y que se mantiene inmóvil y en posición vertical, a pesar del giro de la rueda mediante un contrapeso dispuesto al extremo de un pequeño eje o vástago unido al casquillo.
