Abstract
Compuestos anestésicos locales de alcohilo terciaro-amino-acilo-inferior-xilidida. Los dos compuestos anestésicos locales de acilixilidida que están disponibles en el comercion son la N-n-butilpipecolil-2,6-xilidida o bupivacaína vendido con la marca registrada "Marcaina" que tiene la fórmula estructura **fórmula** y la dietilaminoaceto-2,6-xilidida u omega-dietilamino-2,6-dimetil-acetanilida o lidocaína vendida con la marca registrada "Xilocaina que tiene la fórmula estructural **fórmula** Sin embargo, aunque la buvivacaina o "Marcaina" es un anestésico local de larga duración, tiene el inconveniente de ser más irritante para los tejidos que la lidocaina y aunque la lidocaina o "Xilocaina" no es irritante para los tejidos, tiene el inconveniente de no ser un anestésico local de larga duración.
