Abstract

Procedimiento para alquilizar selectivamente aminas aromáticas particularmente para alquilizar en orto una amina aromática que presenta en su núcleo una posición orto no substituida y que tiene por lo menos un átomo de hidrógeno fijado al átomo de nitrógeno de la amina, por reacción con una olefina a una temperatura de unos 200-500ºC en presencia de un catalizador que consiste en una aniluro de aluminio o aluminio-anilido, caracterizado porque consiste en añadir hidrógeno clorado o bromado a la mezcla en curso de alquilización en proporciones elegidas de manera que existan hasta 2 átomos de halógeno por átomo de aluminio en la mezcla
