PRODUCCION DE CAPAS OSCURAS DE MATERIAL AISLANTE TERMOIRRADIANTE PARA LOS ELEMENTOS CALEFACTORES DE LOS CATODOS CON CALDEO INDIRECTO. SE MEZCLAN POLVOS DE OXIDO DE ALUMINIO CON POLVOS DE OXIDO DE TUNGSTENO Y CON POLVOS DE OXIDO DE CROMO, Y SE REALIZAN UNAS ADICIONES DE NITRATO DE ALUMINIO, NITRATO MAGNESICO, ETANOL Y AGUA. SE HACE UN BAÑO DE REVESTIMIENTO POR EL CUAL SE CREA UNA CAPA DE MATERIAL AISLANTE, POROSA, OSCURA Y EMISORA DEL CALOR RADIANTE, SIMULTANEAMENTE TIENE LUGAR UNA ELECTROLISIS, ENJUAGANDOSE A CONTINUACION LOS ELEMENTOS DE CALEFACCION EN METANOL, SECADOS Y SINTERIZADOS EN ATMOSFERA DE HIDROGENO Y NITROGENO A 1600 GRADOS C.
