PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE UNA CAPA PROTECTORA A CIRCUITOS IMPRESOS DE ALUMINIO USADOS EN CALEFACCION. CONSTA DE DOS FASES. EN LA PRIMERA SE SOMETE AL CIRCUITO IMPRESO A DOS BAÑOS; EN EL PRIMERO SE ELIMINA LA CAPA DE OXIDO DE ALUMINIO QUE SE HAYA FORMADO, Y EN EL SEGUNDO SE LE AÑADE UNA CAPA DE ZINC A SER POSIBLE, CREANDO EN EL CIRCUITO PUNTOS TENSIONADOS. EN LA SEGUNDA SE PASA LA PLACA POR UN BAÑO QUE ELIMINA EL ZINC Y DEJA UNA CAPA DE NIQUEL, CROMO, O SIMILAR DEBIDO A LOS PUNTOS TENSIONADOS. SI LA CAPA DE NIQUEL SE DA EN BAÑO GALVANICO, LA CAPA DE ZINC NO ES ELIMINADA SIENDO NECESARIO ANTERIORMENTE LA DOTACION DE UNA CAPA DE COBRE ENCIMA DEL ZINC.
