EN UNA PRIMERA ETAPA SE DISPERSA EN UN EQUIPO GENERADOR DE ALTOS ESFUERZOS DE CIZALLA Y APROXIMADAMENTE A 130 GRADOS C UNA CARGA MINERAL DE SILICES NATURALES, HIDROXIDO DE ALUMINIO EN FORMA DE ALUMINA MONO O TRIHIDRATADA, SILICATOS NATURALES EN FORMA DE CAOLIN Y MEZCLAS DE ELLAS, Y UN ABSORBEDOR DE RADIACION ULTRAVIOLETA (BENZOFENONA, DERIVADOS DEL BENZOTRIATOL Y COMPLEJOS ORGANICOS DEL NIQUEL) SOBRE POLIETILENO O UN COPOLIMERO ETILENO-ACETATO DE VINILO CON MENOS DEL 15% EN PESO DE ACETATO DE VINILO. EN UNA SEGUNDA ETAPA, LA DISPERSION MADRE CON CARGAS MINERALES Y ABSORBEDORES DE RADIACION ULTRAVIOLETA, SE INYECTA EN ESTADO FUNDIDO CON POLIOLEFINA EN LA EXTRUSORA EMPLEADA EN LA PRODUCCION DE LA MISMA. SE EMPLEA COMO MATERIA PRIMA PARA LA FABRICACION DE PELICULAS PROTECTORAS EN AGRICULTURA APLICABLES A INVERNADEROS, TUNELES DE CULTIVO Y SIMILARES.
