SISTEMA PARA OBTENER ALEACIONES DE COBRE POR ALUMINOTERMIA PARA SOLDADURA DE METALES. EL SISTEMA SE BASA EN LA APLICACION DE LA REACCION ALUMINOTERMICA DEL OXIDO DE COBRE POR EL ALUMINIO, CON LO QUE SE LIBERA COBRE EN ESTADO FUNDIDO. LA REACCION SE LLEVA A CABO DE FORMA CONTROLADA Y VOLUNTARIA, Y PERMITE OBTENER UNA ALEACION DE COBRE A ALTA TEMPERATURA PARA SOLDAR POR FUSION LA MAYORIA DE LOS METALES. COMO ENERGIA DE FUSION SE UTILIZA ENERGIA QUIMICA. PARA REALIZAR LA ALUMINOTERMIA SE UTILIZAN CARTUCHOS DE POLIETILENO, CRISOL, MOLDE DE GALIBO, MEZCLA ALUMINOTERMICA EN FORMA DE PEQUEÑAS PARTICULAS, UN DISCO METALICO DE OBTURACION PARA EVITAR LA INUNDACION INTEMPESTIVA DE LA ZONA DE SOLDADURA, Y POLVO DE IGNICION. LA MASA FUNDIDA QUE SE OBTIENE SUELDA POR FUSION LOS EXTREMOS DE LAS PIEZAS A UNIR.
