Abstract

Un método mejorado para bromar cinamalacetofenona que comprende mezclar bromo con cinamalacetofenona en un medio de reacción, en el que la mejora consiste esencialmente en emplear al menos un hidrocarburo alifático saturado seleccionado del grupo que consiste en hidrocarburos lineales que tienen desde aproximadamente 6 hasta aproximadamente 12 átomos de carbono e hidrocarburos cicloalifáticos que tienen desde aproximadamente 5 hasta aproximadamente 8 átomos de carbono como medio de reacción.
