Abstract
Procedimiento de obtención de una lámina dura de cloruro de polivinilo para la fabricación de portadores de información sonido-imagen, con estrías grabadas en forma de espiral que contienen la información reproducible por palpado bajo presión, caracterizado por mezclar intensamente, en una instalación de mezclado usual, por ejemplo, en un mezclador rápido, polimerizados de cloruro de vinilo y sustancias auxiliares, pregelificar la mezcla en una amasadora a unos 140º C y realizar un calandrado final, preferentemente en una calandra de cuatro o cinco cilindros según el proceso de altas temperaturas, aproximadamente a temperaturas del cilindro de 190 a 210º C, enfriándose las láminas al abandonar la última calandra con cilindros refrigerantes.
