LA INSTALACION DE MOLDEO ESTA CONSTITUIDA POR UNA SERIE DE CAMARAS O MOLDES DESPLAZABLES VERTICALMENTE HACIA ARRIBA, SOBRE LAS QUE EXISTEN UNOS ELEMENTOS EMPUJADORES (10) QUE SON MOVILES HACIA ABAJO, PARA CERRAR LAS CAMARAS DE MOLDEO, Y POR PRENSADO DE LA MASA FACILITAR LA SALIDA DEL AIRE OCLUIDO Y LA MASA SOBRANTE A TRAVES DE UNAS PERFORACIONES LATERALES PREVISTAS PARA ELLO. TERMINADO EL FRAGUADO, LOS EMPUJADORES (10) SE ELEVAN Y A CONTINUACION LAS CAMARAS PARA PERMITIR LA INTRODUCCION POR DEBAJO DE UNA PLATAFORMA DE DESCARGA QUE RECOGE LAS PLACAS MOLDEADAS Y LAS LLEVA A LAS ESTANTERIAS DE SECADO. TODOS LOS MOVIMIENTOS SON AUTOMATICOS Y PROGRAMADOS. LOS DESPLAZAMIENTOS VERTICALES DE CAMARAS Y EMPUJADORES SE EFECTUAN POR CILINDROS ACTUADOS HIDRAULICAMENTE.
