Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención continua de perfiles sin fin de sección arbitraria con un envolvente de material sintético termoplástico y un núcleo de material espumado, obteniéndose el envolvente por fusión del material sintético termoplástico en una extrusionadora y por extrusión a través de un cabezal de inyección transversal , y donde el núcleo espumado se forma por introducción de una mezcla de reacción en el hueco formado por el envolvente, caracterizado porque en dicho hueco se introduce una mezcla de reacción espumable, formadora de poliisocianurato y se obtiene por reacción de poliisocianatos, agentes de propulsión, catalizadores para la polimerización de grupos isocianato, en caso dado compuestos polihidrosílicos, así como ,e en caso dado, ulteriores aditivos en si conocidos.
