Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de una sustancia de diagnóstico para la visualización renal, caracterizado porque se mezcla pirrolidinometiltetraciclina en una solución tampón, a un valor de pH comprendido entre 5,0 y 6,5, primeramente con sal de estaño divalente en una proporción molar de 10 a 100, preferentemente de 30 a 50 moles de PMT por átomo gramo de estado divalente y, después, con pertecneciato de tecnecio 99 en solución fisiológica de sal común, a un valor de pH entre 4 y 8, preferentemente entre 6,5 y 7,5, ajustándose el margen de pH con 0,8 a 1,2 moles de tampón de fosfato por mol de PMT.
