Abstract

Un método de fabricación de piezas moldeadas sinterizables de partículas sinterizables, que consiste en mezclar alrededor de 30 a 70 % en volumen de partículas sólidas sinterizables con alrededor de 70 a 30 % en volumen de un ligante sacrifical orgánico constituido por una mezcla íntima de alrededor de 10 a 90 partes en peso de un material resinoso y alrededor de 90 a 10 partes en peso de un plastificante de dicho material resinoso, donde dicho material resinoso es un polímero de bloque de fórmulas estructurales: **(Fórmula)** donde eta es 0 o un número entero positivo, eta'' es un número entero positivo mayor de 2, A es un polímero lineal o ramificado que es vítreo o cristalino a 20-25ºC y tiene un punto de ablandamiento comprendido aproximadamente entre 80ºC y 250ºC y B es un polímero de composición química diferente de la de A, que se comporta como un elastómero a temperaturas comprendidas entre 5ºC por debajo y unos 120ºC por encima del punto de ablandamiento de A en el caso del polímerode fórmula I y a temperaturas comprendidas entre unos 15ºC por debajo y unos 100ºC por encima del punto de ablandamiento de a en el caso del polímero de fórmula II.
