Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en las máquinas para la preparación de helados y similares, caracterizados por la disposición de una cámara mezcladora, una fuerte de gas comprimido, y un depósito suministrador de mezcla líquida, así como unos primeros conductos para comunicar la mencionada fuente de gas comprimido al mencionado dep6sito de mezcla líquida en un punto tal de dicho depósito que se encuentre por encima del nivel de la mezcla líquida de dicho depósito, así como unos segundos conductos para comunicar el mencionado depósito de mezcla líquida a dicha cámara de congelación y mezcla desde un punto de dicho depósito situado por encima del nivel de la mezcla líquida en el mismo, y unos terceros conductos para conectar el mencionado depósito de mezcla líquida, con la mencionada cámara de mezcla desde un punto del mencionado depósito situado a un nivel inferior al nivel de la mezcla líquida, en dicho depósito.
