Abstract

Procedimiento para producir un cuerpo capilar para puntas de rotuladores, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de conformar una pluralidad de fibras a un manojo de fibras; formar una vaina alrededor de la periferia exterior del manojo de fibras; impregnar el manojo de fibras con un prepolimero de uretano, agua y un disolvente para dicho prepolimero; y polimerizar dicho prepolimero con lo cual los gases generados por reacción y volatilización forman conductos capilares a lo largo de dichas fibras.
