Abstract
Mejoras introducidas en el objeto de la Patente principal nº 443.982 por: Un procedimiento para elevar la tolerancia intravenosa de globulinas gamma precipitadas de la sangre o de productos sanguíneos, en cuyo transcurso el sedimento de globulina gamma se disuelve de nuevo en una solución acuosa, en la que existen sustancias macromoleculare que protegen las moléculas de globulina entre sí y las expulsan de la solución, con preferencia almidón hidroxiletílico, todo ello de acuerdo con la patente nº 443.982, caracterizado porque la solución acuosa que contiene globulina gamma se mezcla adicionalmente con una suspensión de silicatos estratificados a manera de mica, en una concentración comprendida en la gama de entre 0,2 y 10% en peso, y porque, una vez discurrido un tiempo suficiente de reacción y después de agregado un agente precipitante, tal como polietilenglicol, se elimina la parte de globulina gamma que se desea separar, junto con los silicatos estratificados.
