Abstract
Procedimiento para el apresto antiestático de caucho por mezclado del caucho así como eventualmente de otras sustancias aditivas con un negro de humo conductor y por transformación de la mezcla mediante vulcanización y conformación el caucho, caracterizado porque el negro de humo conductor posee un índice de absorción de agua (índice AS) de 15-35, una resistencia eléctrica específica, a una presión de compresión de 100-180 atmósferas absolutas, de 10 elevado a menos 1 hasta 10 elevado a menos 3 ohmios. Cm, una densidad aparente de 100-180 g/litro así como una superficie según BET de 100-1000 m2/g; porque para su preparación una suspensión acuosa de negro de humo con un índice AS mayor de 15, que se había obtenido por conversión térmica de hidrocarburos líquidos a la temperatura ambiente en presencia de oxígeno o de gases con contenido de oxígeno y vapor de agua a 1.200 hasta 2.000ºC y presiones de 1 a 80 atmósferas absolutas.
