Abstract

Aparato para el perlado del arroz con un humidificador, caracterizado porque se ha previsto una sección humidificadora en la cual una tubería de humidificación se abre en una parte esencial de una de las cámara de perlado de una serie de unidades de perlado, y se han previsto unas paredes perforadas en los cilindros de mondado-perlado de las unidades de perlado antes y después de dicha sección de humidificación, de tal manera que el cociente de la superficie total de las paredes perforadas de las cámaras de perlado por fricción situadas después de dicha sección de humidificación dividida por el mismo producto mencionado más arriba.
