Abstract
Procedimiento y aparato para fabricar un revestimiento o vaina multitubular cuyo procedimiento se caracteriza porque comprende proporcionar una tela multitubular porosa impregnada con un 15% a un 35% en peso de polímero, cuyo polímero compuesto es un polímero termoplástico que tiene un punto por lo menos 20ºC por debajo de la temperatura ala cual se funde o se carboniza el material de la tela, o bien material compuesto es deformable a una temperatura, la temperatura de deformación, por lo menos de 20ºC por debajo de la temperatura a la cual se funde o se carboniza el material de la tela, y alimentar continuamente la tela sobre una formación de barras metálicas un tubo por cada barra, teniendo las barras partes rectas de conformación a medida, mientras se mantienen las barras en posición fija, teniendo las barras prácticamente la misma área de sección transversal en toda su longitud, encontrándose la tela al menos inmediatamente antes de las partes de conformación a medida prácticamente a latemperatura ambiente, y calentar la tela sobre las partes de conformación a medida para permitir que la tele sé conforme a la barra, enfriarse después la tela sobre las barras a una temperatura que permita que la resina termoplástica, si se emplea, se solidifique o el material compuesto deformable sigue su forma y los tubos se vuelvan autoestables, y alimentar la tela sacándola de los extremos de las barras y cortándolas a la longitud requerida.
