Abstract
Lanza de inmersión para soplar materiales sólidos granulados o pulverulentos en metales fundidos, sobre todo desulfurantes en arrabio fundido, caracterizada por estar compuesta por un tubo metálico (tubo de acero) revestido en la parte exterior, excepto en uno de sus extremos, con material refractario que tiene una granulometría mayor de 0,5 mm en un 25 al 20% preferentemente 30 al 50%, y un aglutinante a base de álcalis en el refractario se fija al tubo metálico mediante la colocación previa de anclajes de alambres, preferentemente en forma de tela metálica fina para facilitar la conductibilidad térmica en el seno de la masa refractaria, y que es espesor del revestimiento sea de 6 a 30 mm. Preferentemente de 8 a 12mm.
