Abstract

The collecting electrodes (2) and discharge electrodes (3) are mounted in housing (1). Both electrode types consist of four plates arranged perpendicularly to each other. The plates are of identical dimensions. The collecting electrodes are arranged around the corresponding discharge electrode on a circular pattern and the collecting electrodes are turned by 45 degrees in relation to the discharge electrode edges. By this arrangement it is possible to create by each discharge electrode (12) electrostatic action connections with the collecting electrodes.
