Abstract

Procedimiento y dispositivo para la conservación de líquidos alimenticios susceptibles de deterioro por oxidación al contacto con el aire, cuyo procedimiento se caracteriza esencialmente por el hecho de que el líquido, facultativamente comprado en importantes cantidades y eventualmente en embalaje perdido, se dispone, al nivel del consumo, en un recipiente o depósito de forma prismática provisto en su base de un grifo de salida, estando este recipiente abierto por su parte superior y hallándose asociado el plano superior del líquido a una superficie de protección y de aislamiento con respecto al aire atmosférico, deslizándose esta superficie verticalmente y acompañando al nivel de tal líquido a medida de éste desciende como consecuencia de las extracciones efectuadas por el grifo de salida.
