Estructura de torre de montaje automático, particularmente para grúas articuladas, de tipo transportable por carretera, caracterizada por el hecho de comprender un elemento de torre inferior y un elemento de torre superior articulados entre sí en torno a una bisagra de eje substancialmente horizontal, siendo dichos elementos de torre inferior y superior mutuamente superponibles en la posición cargada, habiéndose previsto medios para la elevación de la torre, aptos para generar una rotación en un sentido del elemento de torre inferior respecto de una bisagra inferior de conexión a la base, y una rotación en sentido opuesto de dicho elemento de torre superior respecto a la citada bisagra horizontal.
