Abstract

Un método de preparación de un reactivo adecuado para la clasificación definida por linfocitos, de antígenos de leucocitos humanos, caracterizado por la incubación in Vitro de leucocitos de sangre purificada, con células linfoblastoides procedentes de células de clasificación homozigóticas para antígenos de leucocitos humanos de la región D (HLA-D), o de otros linajes continuos, y por la recuperación de los leucocitos desde el medio de incubación.
