Abstract

Un procedimiento industrial de polimerización en masa para la preparación de polimezclas, a una temperatura de 80 a 180ºC, de una solución de un monómero monoalquenilaromático que tiene de 1 a 20% en peso de un caucho diénico disuelto en la misma, caracterizado porque una cantidad pequeña de un compuesto mono-olefínico alifático se disuelve en dicha soluciçón, seleccionándose dicha olefina de tal modo que durante la polimerización dicho compuesto olefínico forme radicales libres con dicho monómero monoalquenilaromático que son más reactivos que los radicales libres monoalquenilaromáticos en la transferencia de cadena con dicho caucho para aumentar el injerto de dicho caucho con dichas moléculas de polímero.
