Abstract

Sistema para el tratamiento en continuo de piezas a esmaltar, caracterizado porque se constituye esencialmente a base de un brazo soporte, cuyo extremo libre va provisto de unos oportunos medios de apertura y cierre para la liberación y atrape respectivamente de la correspondiente pieza a esmaltar ; en tanto que por su otro extremo el referido brazo va ligado mecánicamente a través de una apropiada unión articulada de rótula a una cadena móvil, montada ésta en una estructura cíclica, soporte de todo el conjunto quedando posibilitado el brazo, a merced a la referida articulación, con juego de movilidad libre en cualquier sentido, así como de giro sobre su propio eje, de modo que simultaneando o conjugando selectivamente dichos movimientos del brazo pueda conseguirse que la pieza, en proceso, evolucione en su desplazamiento para realizar las distintas fases de esmaltado de la misma por inmersión y sin que sea preciso para ello de ninguna intervención manual directa sobre ella.
