Dispositivo capaz de detectar, de modo duradero, un recalentamiento pasajero de un producto congelado, caracterizado porque incluye: un líquido que tiene su punto de solidificación a una temperatura predeterminada; medios de contención de dicho líquido, que incluyen una envolvente cuya rotura permite la salida de dicho líquido y que se produce a una temperatura próxima a dicha temperatura; y medios indicadores de la salida de dicho líquido, funcionando dichos medios de manera irreversible.
