A process for preparing a resinous composition comprising: (A) adding (a) a polyepoxide resin derived from a dihydric phenol and an epichlorohydrin, said polyepoxide resin having a 1,2-epoxide equivalent by weight of from about 400 to about 4000 with (b) a polyamine with at least 2 hydrogen amine atoms per molecule and no other groups reactive with the epoxide groups.
