Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en filtros de grasa para sistemas de ventilación de cocinas y similares, caracterizados porque se dota a cada filtro de una caja alargada en las direcciones X e Y, y relativamente poco profunda en la dirección Z, por lo que la caja se adapta en el espacio normalmente previsto para filtros de tipo de malla en el sistema de ventilación de una cocina, cuya caja se forma con paredes superior e inferior prácticamente cerradas que quedan virtualmente en los planos X-Z , paredes laterales cerradas que quedan virtualmente en los planos Y-Z, y pestañas delantera y trasera que quedan virtualmente en los planos X-Y; una pluralidad de deflectores confinados en el interior de la caja entere las pestañas delantera y trasera, formando cada par de deflectores adyacentes; una abertura de entrada alargada en la dirección Y y relativamente poco profunda en la dirección X, una abertura de salida alargada en la dirección Y y relativamente estrecha en la dirección X, un par de paredes internas separadas entre sí y extendiéndose de una forma continua entre las pestaña delantera y trasera y entre las paredes superior e inferior para conducir una corriente de escape a través de la caja en una pluralidad de corrientes separadas.
